Why get your stove swept?
In order to maintain a healthy stove, you must get your liner swept. An annual sweep keeps your stove burning safely and efficiently, prevents the build-up of soot and tar in the flue liner, and also maintains your warranty.
Terms of service
- Your stove and liner must have been fitted by us at Cottage Stoves Wirral.
- Your stove must have been maintained within the manufacturer's guidelines.
- We cannot sweep stoves that have no liner.
- Sweeps are carried out on set days, scheduled by postcode. We will inform you by return email of your appointment date and time — this will be an AM or PM time slot.
- Payment is to be made on the day. Cash payment only.
How to book
- Fill in the Book a Sweep form with your address and postcode.
- We'll group your sweep with others in your area on a set day.
- You'll receive an email confirming your date and AM or PM slot.
- Pay on the day — cash only.
